GREAT EXPERIENCE! It was a great surprise when we flew into Chicago Illinois. I’ve always used Enterprise when renting a vehicle. We reserved a Mustang, like we did in the past, except this time we requested a convertible. They advertised a Mustang or similar vehicle when we made our reservations. I won’t lie, I was very nervous thinking we won’t get a convertible Mustang. We did all the necessary documentation online prior to picking up the car. The day arrived and when we went to pick up the car at the airport, the keys were in our hands and we were ready to go in under 10 minutes. The most exciting part was when they went to bring us the car is was a red 5.0 Mustang GT. WOW!!! The weather was perfect for the next four days and we had such an amazing time. The power, the handling, how quiet it was as we went riding through the state park, hearing the birds in the trees, the waves on the water washing ashore. It was the cherry on top of a perfect romantic get away with my wife. When we dropped the car off, a representative was there standing, waiting to check us in. Two minutes later we had suitcases in hand heading to our gate to fly home. Thank you Enterprise for helping to make a life time memory of a perfect vacation. I have been waiting to do this review and brag about my car hire with enterprise O'Hara Airport. I say the location because all Enterprise are not the same. I rent many cars and this was my absolute best car hire ever. The check in was quick even though the line was long. They told me to pick whatever car I wanted and all the cars were amazing. And what woman dosen't want to hear .." get what you want" . The gas tank was full and most Enterprise companies scam you on that bring it back empty deal. Like who can ride empty to return a car. And where is the money that the person who had to pay for that empty tank going? .. Everyone was nice , polite and helpful. I loved it. Thank you

What I can I say….. lol my experience at this enterprise was amazing. They attended me right away once I got there. They were absolutely friendly from the first day I got there and the last day. I would definitely be coming back here if I ever come back to Chicago.

Rented a RAM truck while visiting family. The pickup process was quick and efficient. The first truck I couldn't adjust the seat to get comfortable. Enterprise not only allowed me to swap it out but I got to walk the aisle and pick any vehicle. The return process was also fast and efficient.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was exceptional, with staff members who were always very pleasant and accommodating. The process was smooth and efficient, making it easy to get on the road quickly. One area for improvement would be having more support at the counter, as there were times when the wait was a bit longer than expected. However, I understand that things happen, and the staff did their best to manage the situation effectively. Overall, I highly recommend Enterprise for their great customer experience and reliable service. I'll definitely be renting from them again in the future.
