We recently rented a car from this location and our experience was terrific. We had arrived after a long flight and were welcomed with pleasant and polite staff. We were on our way in less than 10 Minutes. We have rented from our companies at jfk but never had such a smooth experience. The car was immaculate and clean. Highly recommend them.
Excellent service. Was lucky enough to get a free upgrade with a great new vehicle. Used the car for a few days, used the included EZ Pass for tolls and was billed for it a few days later. Overall recommend 100%.
Just Disappointed. I tend to focus on the first agreement and overlook the receipt agreement. I just noticed they raised the costs on the receipt (the agreement document you receive at the end). Fees have increased dramatically. The worst aspect is that they charge you even when there is 90/95% fuel in the tank. I spoke with the manager, who stated that the fuel tank must be 100% full which I know and I refueled my tank to 100% and drove to their location, which reduced my tank to 90/95%, and they still charged me. Never rent a car from Enterprise or any of their affiliated firms. I will inform everyone of my family and friends. Good bye!
I chose Enterprise because it had a 90% positive review from previous customers. I was not disappointed. I checked in quickly, got my car within a few minutes, and was on my way out of the airport within a total time of probably 15 minutes. Last year I used one of the competing companies and the service was awful - no car, 2 hour wait, and just horrible customer service at the counter. Enterprise is clearly a top-notch company from start to finish - customer service is great!
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at enterprise in JFK. On 06/15/2024, I was recommended to visit this location due to a crack on the windshield of my rented vehicle from another state to have my vehicle exchanged for a similar class vehicle. After waiting for over 1.5 hours in the lobby, I was finally assisted by staff, only to be informed that they could not provide a similar-class vehicle (Premium Elite Suv) as originally promised, despite having paid for it. Instead, I was given a lower-class vehicle with a strong odor of marijuana and cigarette smoke, which made it difficult to breathe and required me to drive with windows down. Furthermore, the vehicle's brakes began to shake when driving on the highway and braking, which raised serious safety concerns. When I inquired about this issue, I was told that this was the only available vehicle and that I had no alternative. To make matters worse, upon reviewing my credit card statement two days later, I discovered additional charges that were not disclosed to me at the time of rental. Specifically, my original reservation had been closed and a new one created without my knowledge or consent. Moreover, the invoice for the new reservation was not sent to me, leaving me unaware of the changes. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this location's lack of customer service and mismanagement. As a loyal customer of Enterprise for over 10 years, I expect a higher level of quality and professionalism. I am now working with corporate management to resolve these issues and obtain a suitable replacement vehicle that meets my original reservation and provides a safe driving experience. I strongly recommend that Enterprise takes immediate action to address these problems and improves its operations at this location
