Got in and got our car the gal was very pleasant to deal with, and knowledgeable about the rates and fees and it was a great little car for our trip. the return was easy to find and quick and simple, we will be using enterprise for any of our rental needs from now on Thanks!

Always great service. The two times I've had an issue with a vehicle, the staff were quick to help. The manager Tony was very friendly and didn't hesitate to get the issue taken care of right away.

They gave me a rental truck that already had damage on it, truck was in my garage the entire time while my truck was getting fixed for 3-4 days lied and try to blame a Damaged truck they rented to me, horrible experience with them will never do business with them I highly advice to avoid them.

Warning- do not rent from enterprise in Williston. Progress had booked me a car for may 29th and they said they wouldn’t have anything until June 1st. Making it so the auto body shop fixing my car to have to push the start of my repair back to June 8th. Then the car they gave me was 300 miles to an oil change and I would need to either swap cars or do the oil change myself. I left the car at my place of work so they could do the change and they didn’t even both to clean or at least wash the car. Also, I just happened to misplace the keys. Enterprise has a 650 dollar replacement policy. I looked online it costs only 170 for brand new keys for this car. I called their road side assistance on Saturday to tow the car back to the airport and they never picked it up. I would give them zero stars if I could. I will never rent from enterprise again.

I had a car reserved for 1 day. Upon arrival, I was informed that they were out of inventory and they did not have a car for me. The gentleman never apologized but rather told me “I was going to call you earlier to let you know, but I got busy. You can try hertz if you’d like” I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Hertz was able to provide me with a car and within 5 minutes I was in the driver seat. I will be moving my 40+ annual car reservations to them as they actually provide a positive customer experience.
