⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Enterprise Sterling (Lane Ct.) — AKA The Avengers of Insurance Rentals If there were a Hall of Fame for rental car employees, the entire team at Enterprise on Lane Ct. would be inducted on the first ballot. We’re in an insurance rental after someone hit my wife’s car — never a fun situation to begin with — but Zach, Sam, and Sophia somehow turned this whole experience into something surprisingly positive. I swear these three must have Jedi training. Patient with every single question, remembered details I forgot I even said, and somehow managed to hunt down an electric vehicle for us — which is nearly a mythical creature in rental fleets right now. Zach is the calm problem-solver, Sam works like he's secretly running mission control for NASA, and Sophia has the type of customer service energy that makes you forget you're dealing with insurance paperwork in the first place. And huge shout-out to Jen over at the “Exotic Rentals” location on Autopilot Drive. I don’t know what her official title is, but I’m pretty sure she’s the one actually holding the multiverse together. She helped from behind the scenes like she’s done this in another lifetime. Bottom line? This is one of the very rare rental car teams that operates with hustle, humor, and actual humanity. Not just “here’s the keys, good luck.” More like “don’t worry — we got you.” Five stars without hesitation. If every Enterprise ran like this one, the rental industry would be a joy ride.

Recently had to get a rental while my auto was being repaired. Used Enterprises as it was near. They did not give me an equivalent but the outback wasn’t bad just big and I had to keep calling for instructions. Returning is a bit tricky unless you want to leave it at the auto repair. You suddenly come across all the rental companies. Quick check-in and out. Only issue is I used my transponder and I hope it picked up all my toll charges and I don’t get a big bill. The Manager who checked me out was efficient.

Sophie was excellent. Great attitude and knowledgeable. The whole staff had great attitudes and were extremely helpful. I’m really glad I went out of the way to rent at this location. Big big big ups to the crew.

Leasing from Enterprise in Sterling VA was easy and convenient. I was stressed because someone had hit and damaged my car, which was in an AuroBody Shop. The Enterprise leasing Agent, Zack Senstra, was understanding and kind … a very good representative for Enterprise. I will lease from them again !

Zak Handled Chaos Like a Pro I showed up at this Enterprise location right as a rush hit — about six customers walked in one after another, phones were ringing nonstop, and it could’ve been a mess. Zak kept his cool the entire time, handled everyone quickly and politely, and still made sure I was taken care of. Great attitude and solid customer service under pressure. Thanks for your help, Zak!
