From the airport, I called to check the available mini van before I got Uber. This location said yes, and then I ordered Uber. When I arrive in 15 minutes . They said no available . Waste my time and money for Uber. Spend another Uber to another location. I saw a mini min here, too. By the time I ordered another Uber, a customer was returning a mini van too, I talked to that customer, and he said that Van just needs a vacuum. I asked the representative again, and she checked, and the same guy said that the van needed an oil change. How did he know that without a look onto the system.

Even though this location is close to the airport they do not offer a shuttle. The person that helped me named winter was very helpful and friendly. She explained all the policies very well, she asked for my place of employment and insurance information. I was probably in and out within 10 minutes. My car came equipped with a toll device for the turnpike or SunPass. Returning the vehicle was effortless. There's a bus stop about a half a block from the office that goes to the airport. Overall this was a great location to rent a vehicle and I will definitely recommend them.

AWESOME ENTERPRISE OFFICE! This is one of the best Enterprise offices I've rented from. I always rent from Enterprise - no matter where I am. Every time I've rented from Enterprise I've had a positive experience, and this location is no different! I reserved a Cargo van here. Unfortunately, I did not have a way to drive to the location as our vehicle was being repaired. I called the office and spoke with Kyle, who accommodated me and picked me up to get the vehicle. Kyle is a super nice young man - courteous, intelligent and kind. My ride to their office was smooth with no issues. Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly, and outgoing, eager to help. Kudos to the staff at this location and their manager for providing excellent customer service! It is a GREAT place to rent a vehicle from. 🥰

If i could put a 0 i would. We called the operator because the car we rented had the check engine light up. The operator said to go to the nearest enterprise which she gave this address. Went there and the guy told us to return it to where we originally got the car! He wants us to travel with the check engine car. No help at all!!! Wow. Travelling with kids in the car with check engine light up.

Best Enterprise Location 👌 and Best Service ever that I had rented I in USA 🇺🇸 so organized during this high rental demand after floods situation here in Fort Lauderdale Fl. they're even buying new cars while you're waiting for your rental. I got one of those new ones -0- miles!
