I had an suv for my rental while my van was fixed but then realized I needed a van to transport 6 people. I called and was told they didn’t have a van. And I was at my last ripe as I’d called two closer enterprises. So the man who was talking to me had an idea as he remembered a man was picking up a van but probably didn’t really need one. So he had me hold on and called him. And then told me I was able to get the van! It was a relief and I really appreciate his effort to go beyond his standard necessities. Thankyou

I needed to rent a large passenger van for a field trip with my students. I understand these are sometimes difficult to provide. But Will and his team at the Fond du lac office worked closely with me to procure one. They kept be updated and informed in an honest and professional manner. I truly appreciated the outstanding service.

Great rental experience this morning! The gentleman we worked with was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We were in and out within 20 minutes, and are happy with the vehicle we rented. Highly recommend this location.

Had to rent after my car was totaled. They took care of me as I rented their vehicle for 4 weeks looking for a new car. Called me every few days to just check in on me. Overall great experience. 5 star customer service.
