I’ve rented at this location a few times already. On this particular trip my rep was Eric Flores and his professionalism and attention to details was above and beyond. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle class I reserved. Also very clean cars!! He tended to 2 other customers before me and I noticed the same treatment for those customers. It was nice to be treated as humans and with respect after 6hrs delayed and eventually a cancelled flight ✈️. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone anywhere.
I I rented a car And the team was tough and aggressive The car got a lot of alarms since the first minute and they don’t have any replacement When I got emergency I needed to travel they didn’t want to help , or do any replacements Worst car rental ever I needed to travel to the states and car got more alarms I went to enterprise at Newark airport as per enterprise st-Jean advise to replace the Faulty alarmed rental SUV and I have waited for 3 hours as per (Jason) as they mentioned, finally a lady came with aggressive tone saying I can’t use any car to be back to canada only minivan or sedan and no replacement after the said wait to give you replacement They had too many minivans as per in the pictures just returned they refuse to fulfill or refuse to honer their promise to give minivans to go back Canada They were brushing me off and very aggressive and told us the only thing we can take tinny electric car!!!!! They gave me the run around and basically they said they can do anything Dear all My advise don’t recant from enterprise After 3 hours waiting enterprise mentioned they don’t have cars However there a lot of cars as shown in pictures
We had no problems. Made reservation online Friday morning at the start of the computer crash at the Newark airport and with in 10-15 minutes we were on our 1000 mile drive home. We return the car early and was quick and easy. I have rented a 3-4 times locally and always had great customer service where ever we go.
I had an issue with the car key fob once I got to my hotel- the person on the phone was no help to me and was actually rude. I couldn’t lock or unlock the car- not something that I want to have to deal with while I’m on a work trip- I called back the next day and received better service. The person on the line had me go to a local store and I want to tell you how fantastic Olivia was in helping me out, getting me into another car and taking care of the rental with Newark. She was amazing. Thank you Olivia!
Basically, not bad, there were a couple of issues to note. At Pick up the people were great, everything explained very well. Counter to vehicle was nice and quick. On my way to upstate NY, I noticed the tires were noisy. Looked at them when I arrived at my destination and found them worn to the Wear-bars! vehicle had @21k miles, rather surprised. Before leaving NJ, I did have to stop and clean the Windshield as it was covered in bugs (LOL). Wash must have just been a Rinse prior to my taking the vehicle. Drop off in Philly was effortless. Another thing to note is Enterprise emailed my CC charge for Tolls, with instructions to download the statement. This is great as others simply charge your card weeks later. Other than the Tire wear, using Enterprise was pretty effortless, which as a business customer is very much appreciated.
