With 6 miles into our trip, we unfortunately had a flat tire. Nate and his team were able to turn a bad situation, that was beyond their control, into the best possible outcome. They apologized for the inconvenience and credited me with the first day rental fee. I was able to pick up a replacement vehicle without any issues. The company also paid for my Uber to get to the rental car lot after the tow truck picked up my rental. Upon returning my car, I had about a mile walk to my airport hotel and Nate offered to take me there. Made lemonade out of lemons.

Great customer service! I'm local and got the pick-up time mixed up. I received a call and everything was squared away. The vehicle I received was clean, previous scratches were noted and additional information provided. Will definitely be looking at this location for my next rental.

From pick up to drop off everything was awesome. Great customer service!!! I liked that I got a confirmation phone call when it got close to me picking up the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and gas tank on full.
