Enterprise, initially established by Jack C. Taylor, a World War II veteran of the Naval Forces of the Continental United States who experienced numerous significant operations and happenings throughout his time in the early 1940s decade serving in the Pacific Theater, initially named for the USS Enterprise, not associated with the ship where the Japanese Surrendered in the Truman Administration in September of 1945 with the signing of the Armistice (The USS Missouri), later being established in 1957 following the establishment of Warren Avis's Avis in 1946. This respective Enterprise experience, while not as perpetual as my previous venture with them in 2023, was still an adequate experience, adorned with the elements of a median rental car facility at an airport, while many individuals have communicated about the awful situation involving select motor vehicles prevalent in the lot, I had a contrary experience compared to numerous other individuals, with my motor vehicle, a 2023 Model, Mazda CX-30, not being equipped with the maintenance issues that would have also been prevalent on Henry Ford's First 1908 Model T Vehicles or the 1978 Model Ford Pinto in the Carter Administration, despite there being issues controlling the console and surroundings after driving it out of the Garage and with returning the vehicle following the jaunt. The primary reason also as to why a singular star has been omitted is because of the confusing Check In process we head, where we accidentally stood in the Business Reserve Line instead of the Standard Line, which made our general experience a more dominant mess in the process. Either than those terms, the experience was great, and I will be utilizing Enterprise as long as I am to travel to domestic locations.

I recently rented a car out of the Baltimore Airport rental. I registered for a Luxury SUV (5-seater), but the lady that took me to my car showed me to the Wagoneer (8-seater). I found out later that was a different price level, but I didn't know at the time that I should say something. Getting the car was super quick, and she told me to full it up before coming back. I had purchased the fuel option for them to fill it for me, but she was gone before I could ask her what that covered. The car was amazing, and it turned out the 3rd row of seats came in handy for traveling around with my friends and family. I filled it up before returning the car. Drop off was super easy, the guy who scanned me in asked me about my fuel and told me I didn't need to fill it up. Since I did fill it up, he said he would take the Fuel Option off of my bill and not to worry. He was gone before I could ask him any questions about that. After my flight, I had time to look at my bill, and the Fuel was not taken off like the man said. So basically I paid for an extra tank of gas that I didn't use. The process was easy and quick. The people were nice and polite. I just took one star off for the fuel issue.

To whom may this concern, My last rental experience at BWI airport was provably my worst experience I've had while using Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The rental started as I was pulling out of the parking structure and immediately had to return the vehicle do to over due maintenance. I was given a another vehicle and on the second day of the rental multiple dashboard lights came on as seen on the image attached (power stirring, engine, front parking sensors, rear parking sensors, and stability sensors). I called the customer service desk to have the vehicle picked up and exchanged for another, but to my surprise the customer service rep was extremely rude in assisting me with my needs. If I wanted the vehicle exchanged I had to go to the nearest Enterprise location which I had no choice, so I did. Once I arrive to the Enterprise location I had wait roughly 90 minutes to have the vehicle inspected and exchanged. I strongly feel Enterprise could have done a better job with the customer service as promoted. Maybe retraining their employees making sure the employee understands customers needs always come first.

Even though it was the middle of the night and many flights were delayed, the service was professional and done in a timely manner. Adrian answered all my questions and had me on my way without a fuss. She offered suggestions to make the experience more comfortable, however when I asked about more economical she suggested several alternatives as well. Car was prepped (clean, parked nearby) and waiting in spite of a few changes. A delight to work with and thank you for the insights - they will be used going forward as well.

Renting for rent enterprise has always been a breeze for me. They make the process quick and easy when renting. My recent experience, I confirmed everything electronically and when I arrived, my family and I jumped in the vehicle and left. It was just that easy! The only thing I did not agree with was the concession fee. I recommend enterprise and will continue to rent from them as well.
