Rented a car for a week for visiting the New England states. Joe C. really helped and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the car and it's features. He also explained the use of the Toll Pass that was installed in the front windshield. Being a regular customer of Enterprise I was a little surprised how dirty the car was when I picked up the car. I wasn't going to make a big deal but this was the first time I picked up an Enterprise car in this condition. The inside was clean so that mattered most for us. The car worked find all during week, and the return was seamless as usual.

Rented a car for a family trip while in Boston for the first time and it was a great experience! We booked an SUV and got a Dodge Durango which worked great! My dad checked in online and we were on the road within a few minutes. It was really nice to have enterprise make renting a car as easy as can be, especially after a long day of traveling. Vehicle was almost brand new, clean (inside and out), and handled well. Overall, great experience and customer service was outstanding!

Arrived at Logan on morning of 6/22...took shuttle bus to rent-a-car building. Enterprise Staff was friendly & courteous. We were into our Brand new Jeep Wagoneer in a few minutes. My Wife & Son really enjoyed the vehicle...Five stars for these guys!

I had a perfect experience at this Enterprise location. Every person I spoke to was pleasant, efficient and helpful. The car was great and the pick up and drop off was easy and streamlined with no problems at all.

The compact Toyota we rented was comfortable, responsive, well priced, good on gas consumption; the Chevy small SUV we now have is also comfortable, easy to park and spacious. But it was the Enterprise service which was even better: every single employee we encountered from counter people to check-ins; from Logan garage greeters to the young man cleverly, swiftly and calmly guided us all around a stalled car in the check-out booth, was courteous, helpful, intelligent, professional. Amazing. I am now a devoted and vocal Enterprise customer.
