I rented a vehicle on June 7 to go pick up my new truck. I was already frustrated with the world that day but then I rented at Enterprise in Norristown. It was pleasant fast and professional, which is something I have not been used to encountering these days. There was a small bit of damage on the vehicle I had reserved and the person I dealt with I wish I remember his name… Saw the potential customer service issue when I dropped off the vehicle and took care of me getting me into another rental immediately. That is my rental spot for now on. ! How are you? 10/10 Would recommend because of that guy if you’re tired of dealing with people that don’t like their job And don’t do things the right way.

As ALWAYS our whole Enterprise Rental Car experience was OUTSTANDING!!! Great Customer Experience Treatment from booking, picking up, drop off and follow up call! Chase was excellent and Jack, Branch Manager was past First Class! Plymouth Meeting PA

This was my first time renting from Enterprise. I rented a Chrysler Pacifica for me and my family to go on vacation for a few days. The car was brand new and had the clean car smell. Jack and his team went above and beyond with there customer service. They answered all my questions and explained everything. I will definitely rent from them again.

Fast and efficient pick up. Sunday hours were very helpful. Staff was professional. Car was SPOTLESS inside and out. Follow up call from customer service to ask about my experience was an indication of their commitment to satisfaction! Would definitely recommend. Great experience all around

Jack and his team are very professional. The Enterprise team helps and makes sure you are 100% satisfied. All cars are clean and very well maintained.
