One of the worst enterprise store, I have ever experienced. I have rented a car multiple times from enterprise over different cities and this specific one gave me a lot of troubles. Even with reservations, they keep you waited for couple of hours and don’t even talk politely about the updates on car. Not all staffs were like that, i found one guy very rude and talking “like you might get car today or even not. I can’t help you”. We had to travel far so we booked a car to pick up at 9, and that guy kept us waiting until 1 PM. Ended up driving at night. The guy whom we met while returning was super nice and i forgot his name. Overall I like enterprise. I prefer those where i live in upstate NY, but this specific one, I hope I don’t have to rent from here ever again.

The Enterprise location on Opelika rd. In Auburn, Alabama was extremely frustrating to have to deal with. I called 10 minutes before I arrived to make sure my 1/2 ton pickup was there and available. The guy I spoke with said he was looking straight at it as we were speaking. I told him I was 10 minutes out and he said no problem. I was dropped off because I was sure my rental was there. When I checked in I was informed that there was no 1/2 ton anything there but they could put me in an economy car if that would help. I informed him that the economy car wasn't going to be able to do the work a 1/2 ton pickup would do even if it had a tow receiver on it. I was extremely disappointed with being lied to and then treated as if my needs were of no importance. I use Enterprise for a few different reasons. I lost money and time because I was lied to by the Enterprise representative. Twice now I have used Enterprise as my go to rental source. Using the above location and the Fox Run rd. location. Both locations were rude and uncaring about the customer even to the point that I was blamed for their incompetence. After meeting with an Enterprise Representative at the Fox Run rd. location named Tony thing's were put into a workable situation for me. I have other Rental agencies trying their best to get me to change over to them by every means they can possibly offer. Up to and including free rental days. Tony at the Fox Run rd. location is very professional, very caring, and represents Enterprise with a professional manner that made me believe that there just might be hope for this rental agency. As a repeat customer of your agency I will say this, the 2 stars are there because 1 man stepped up and took hold of a problem that was getting ugly very fast. The guy that was yelling at me and blaming me for his lack of work ethics almost took a situation to a physical level. You don't need that type of employee representing Enterprise because I was willing to let him go that far if he wanted to. In case you were unaware of it. You have a very respectful, young gentleman working at your Fox Run rd. location that is willing to step up and turn a very bad experience into a situation where I left feeling like I was understood. I probably shouldn't but I will be giving Enterprise 1 more chance to make things right. I will deal with Tony and ONLY Tony. Good luck on keeping a repeat customer. Avis is calling. I removed a star after considering all that I was forced to go through at BOTH locations. People at Fox Run Rd. in Opelika never answer the phone and then tell me that I should have called earlier in the day, I had proof I had called 24 times earlier that day. Tony at that same location is a problem solver and my go to guy that makes things happen the way they should .

This Enterprise branch always provides excellent service and the young man named Quay was very helpful. He has a wonderful personality, he loves working with the public and you can tell this from just talking to him. I would highly recommend this Enterprise branch whenever you need to rent any type of vehicle.

Based on some of the reviews, I was a little nervous about renting with this location. But I needed a one-way rental to return home from Auburn University, so I didn’t have much of a choice. I could not have been more pleased! I called the day before my pick-up to make sure everything was in order, and the customer service received on the phone was very professional and friendly. Then, at my pick-up time, I found the location very well-staffed with kind, cheerful, respectful and competent employees. I was in the vehicle type I had requested and on the road within 10 minutes. I would have zero hesitation about renting from this location. They earned the 5 stars!

HUGE HUGE shoutout to Joe, Brandon, Quay, Cain, and Shay!!! I had to acquire a rental in regards to an insurance claim and we all know how that goes with them; BUT enterprise staff did their BEST job to provide me with a safe, reliable, and nice quality vehicle!! Will definitely be coming here with future business. Thank you all!!
