I honestly have a great time, when I get to rent with enterprise! They're the only one's I choose...great deals and affordable rates!! And Joy, the attendant this time, was extremely a delight. She helped me get a vehicle that was better than my original reservation. Note.... A vehicle for 7 and our luggage is not what the site says!! I'm so grateful for her.

I didn’t even get a car here but the experience was lovely. long story short, i ended up at the wrong enterprise. Was supposed to pick up my car from another location, but came here instead. The staff were soooo nice and understanding. They laid out our options of what we could do. They ended up having someone drive us to the second location, and even the driver was super nice. Also, while we were there another customer had a freak out on the employees. I would have flipped out, but they handled it with grace and kindness.

While the vehicle selection was limited due to the holiday weekend , I still had a positive experience. The staff remained friendly and efficient. The vehicle was clean, and well-maintained. Overall, Enterprise provided reliable service and I recommend them for car rental needs.

Busy location near the airport, staff was courteous and efficient. Lobby was full of people when I arrived, but it was because a bunch of people were returning and picking up at the same time. A few customers were getting frustrated but the delays they were experiencing were caused by other customers not having documents they needed or arguing with staff over policies out of their control, etc. I’ve rented here several times and never have any issues myself.

We waited for two hours to get a car. The waiting room was packed with people also waiting. They must have overbooked. We also booked a premium car and did not get what we needed. After two hours we would have taken most cars. The car we ended up with was too small for our two week road trip, 3 people and 6 suitcases (small ones). No shuttle offered back to or from our hotel. The staff was very nice but the absence of vehicles was a bit of a nuisance.
