The staff at the Huron St. (Ann Arbor) site was courteous & accommodating. I appreciated their contacting me to verify my plans to return the car. It was especially nice to learn that my Costco membership offered a lower price on the rental.
Occasionally the cars are not there on time, especially in the morning. It's convenient being downtown.
Location closed but entreprise will still rent from it online and force you to go 3 miles out of town for pickup, without warning. Unacceptable.
Very friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. What is even more surprising was that their rates were even cheaper on car rentals than at the airport. Not sure if that is due to the holidays where the pretty much everything was so out at the airport or what. But it worked better off to our advantage. Would check locally first next time instead of choosing from DTW next time.
Great service from great people and this gorgeous upgrade. They are my go to for any car rental needs.
