Very kind, patient, understanding, and humble staff. Everyone who I encountered over the past month, whether phone call or in-person, was extremely nice. The cars are very reliable as well. I highly recommend to anyone.

I travel frequently for work. I have two Enterprise locations near me. Even though one of the locations is closer, I travel a few miles further to rent vehicles from the Aberdeen location. The primary reason is the employees. The staff is professional, kind, patient, and friendly with everyone. The store is always clean, the lot is orderly, and they’re just great people. Believe me when I tell you that quality customer service is rare. I travel throughout Canada, Mexico, and the US and deal with people routinely. You tend to remember and return to those businesses with the best staff and quality professionals. The Aberdeen Enterprise Rent-a-Car staff and store have earned FIVE STARS!!

Greetings, I recently was in need of a rental as my auto was in for repairs, unexpectedly I'll add. I reached out to Enterprise, they were able to get me into the very auto I needed. In addition I needed to extend my rental at the last minute. Enterprise to very good care of me.

Very friendly and quick at pickup. I used after - hours dropoff, so it is hard to evaluate friendliness there. The car was clean and had no problems.

My GO TO for rental cars, I travel for work once a week and love the Aberdeen location! Laurie & Owen are amazing, they always go above and beyond to know their customers and take good care of them!!
