I recently had a terrible experience with Enterprise in Napa that left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. I made a reservation well in advance, expecting a seamless process and a reliable vehicle for my trip. Unfortunately, that was far from what I encountered. They assured me they would call me as soon as a car became available, but I never received any follow-up. I tried calling the office multiple times over the next few days to check on the status of my reservation, but my calls went unanswered or were dismissed with vague promises of a callback that never happened. The lack of communication and responsiveness was incredibly frustrating, especially when I was relying on them for transportation. Ultimately, I had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute, which was both stressful and costly. The lack of professionalism and accountability at Enterprise Napa is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using this location for your rental needs. They clearly do not value their customers or honor their commitments. Save yourself the headache and choose a different rental company.
Absolutely the worst enterprise location ever. I've been renting cars my entire life and have never felt so neglected. They can't fulfill a reserved vehicle. They did not call me back. I will NEVER rent with enterprise again. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced such an experience. DO NOT use this enterprise location. Go see hertz down the street. I'd rather turo for my future rentals at this point.
This was a 5 star review a few moments ago because we received excellent customer service from Gabby this morning! However, sadly changing this to one star because I left something in the vehicle - I am 100% certain of it - and Elizabeth tells me that nothing was found. I find this to be impossible. We are now missing a very important medical form that was hand filled out by a doctor which we will have to pay $125 to replace and a sweater. The sweater I can live without, the medical paperwork was very hard to get and to be told it "wasn't found" is beyond disappointing.
We decided to splurge on a luxury SUV and things were fine into the check engine light came on. We go to Enterprise expecting to swap out the car and at first, the person at the counter tries to tell us that we have to take it to a nearby garage that they work with. Not satisfied with being asked to do their job for them, we push back and after waiting while they helped other customers book a luxury SUV rental, our only option presented was a Chevy Spark. We also didn't get any of our money back for the difference in the rental either. Don't go here, go else where.
