My recent visit to the Enterprise branch in Denver was nothing short of disappointing. From the outset, I was greeted by a staff member with minimal enthusiasm, who even had the audacity to wear earphones during our interaction, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. When I inquired about a hybrid car, I was immediately shut down with a blunt “no.” While I did eventually receive a hybrid vehicle, the rental price was increased without my consent. At no point was I informed that this would come with an additional cost. Furthermore, the vehicle itself was in a sorry state, adorned with deep dents, scratches, and signs of general wear and tear. It was disheartening to see that even the service light was already flashing. I am particularly dismayed considering my previous excellent experiences with Enterprise in Los Angeles. Given my recent encounter in Denver, I will steer clear of Enterprise in the future. It’s regrettable that a company claiming to prioritize customer satisfaction would deliver such subpar service.

Another horrible experience with horrible people, employees and manager. After using a business account for 15+ years, I randomly had to provide a business itinerary?? Which who has that??? They doubled my rate at the last minute and then when I got on their butts and chewed them out they said I was being too mean. I then properly cussed the flat affect maggot lady out and left. Stay away from these idiots!! We are moving our corporate account. Read my review on the Broadway location. Stay away from Enterprise!! Sad, they used to be the best. Not anymore.

To preface, my experience happened a month ago and I waited to ensure this post was made based on facts, not emotions. While checking out my rental and reviewing the car with the associate, I saw scratches on the car. I was told that I am not responsible for scratches under six inches or hail damage (I’m based in CO). While I had my rental, we had a hail storm and after dropping off the car, I received a bill for ~$2k for damages. There has been a lot of back and forth with Enterprise but this might be one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. Either the associate was new, management did not train her probably, and/or I was blatantly lied to. PS, I leave reviews when service is good and poor, not just bad experiences. Good luck out there!

Had everything set up and ready to go. When I arrived, they were quite busy, and it was clear they were really hustling to get people taken care of (always appreciated). The initial walk-through was very thorough — even if you’re in a hurry, you should always take advantage of this, so it was nice to have Enterprise take it seriously. I’ll definitely use this location again — great experience!

The best car rental experience I’ve had! Last time I was in Colorado I rented from a different company and waited in line for four hours before getting my reserved car. So I was really nervous about renting a car in Denver again. However I had a great experience! Emily picked us up from nearby (free of charge) and had our car ready for us. When we returned, Jake quickly inspected the car and sent us on our way and was great to work with. Spent no more than 15 min at the rental site each time. Very efficient car rental service with kind employees. Would recommend.
