Enterprise Rent-A-Car
What people are saying
Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had renting a car. Do not use them. They told us an hour before we were due to pick the car up that there was no longer a car available. Chatted with Brandon there - horrendous customer service. He basically was like "meh that's not our problem". Said the car we were meant to rent came back damaged and they had no other car to replace it. After arguing with him he then came back an hour later saying they had a sedan or van available (we needed an SUV for the mountains, which we had ordered). Had this trip planned for months. Just lucky that we were able to find another car to rent on the day from a different company. I wish there was the ability to give negative stars - the way they just dismiss you and have no proper backup option is just such a poor business. One star is way too much for Enterprise.
A complete night and day difference from the downtown office. The car smelled like a car. Not BO. This gentleman handles business and is polite about it. That’s all I’ve ever asked for. Super professional and mature. I know where I’ll be going from now on. If Enterprise is your choice, Select this office!!!
I have never written a negative review before but I am shocked at how I was treated by an employee here. A hail storm came through Denver which left Enterprise really low on inventory. I understand that it is difficult to rent out vehicles when you are down cars. This review isn't about the fact they don't have a car for me. The lack of communication and the unprofessionalism on phone calls with Shateek (sp?) have been absolutely shocking. My SUV is in the shop from someone hitting it. On day 3 without a rental, this morning, he called and told me that there were 2 sedans available. I explained that I had work meetings and couldn’t get a ride until ~3:30 pm to pick up one of the cars and expressed my concern and asked if I would miss out on a car because of that. I was assured multiple times by Shateek “the later the better” and that by that point maybe even an SUV would be available. He told me to call back at 3:30. When I called at 3:30pm he said he gave away one of the cars to another reservation and that they lost the keys for the other car so no cars are available today. Multiple times he blamed me for "not taking the original car offered” which wasn’t true.. I said I wasn’t sure if that a Nissan Versa would work but I can’t get a ride there until 3:30 anyways which he said would BE BETTER. When I reminded him that he assured me the later the better because they would have an even better chance of getting me in a car, he snapped back and told me that not having a ride to pick up the car wouldn't have stopped him and he "would have walked there if he had to". Blaming the customer for you giving a car away to someone else and not having the keys to the other one is one of the most outlandish things. He was defensive and fired up the entire conversation. He continually diminished my need for a car and even told me I was "inconsiderate" for being persistent on needing a car because other people might "have kids or are handicapped”. This man knew nothing about my situation or why having a car is just as important to me.. what if I have kids? What if I am handicapped? What if I need to go to doctor appointments? Go to work? I was absolutely shocked to be called inconsiderate. During this conversation, as I sought to understand what happened and how this can be resolved he told me he had dozens of calls with other people today who he told weren’t getting a car and "none of them were a 10-minute phone call like this one.” The entire call he was extremely rude and condescending. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. I am shocked at how he spoke to me and all the condescending remarks. I have honestly never been spoken to the way this guy spoke to me. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. There’s a way to communicate disappointing news to a customer. Defensiveness, blame, and condescension is not it.
I agree with Nick!! Brandon is an unethical jerk and we will NEVER be back to this location. We have had a corporate executive account for 15+ years and have never been treated like this. They close at noon on Saturday and don't open again till Monday morning, which is DUMB. We returned the car at 1:30 PM on Sat, like we have done many times before except this time we had to deal with Brandon. He stole money from us and charged an entire day even though it will sit till Monday morning because they're closed. Brandon is a crook. Stay away!!
Best customer service experience of any rent-a-car agency I've experienced. I rented for a week and had to extend my rental twice. My rental ran from 2/13/24 to 2/28/24. Brandon followed up with me to ensure everything was OK and gave me a great deal on the extensions. I returned the car to Shatique, who was very pleasant when I returned my vehicle.
