Do not call outside of posted hours. Service was excellent. They listened well and tried their best. For example they quickly cleaned the type of car I asked for instead of telling me they didn't have it. Need to be open until 1 on Saturday. Car was clean and in good repair. Good value.

I recently rented a car at Enterprise and had a fantastic experience thanks to Isaac's excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the rental process quick and easy. Isaac went above and beyond by explaining all the features of the car and answering all my questions patiently. I highly recommend renting a car from Enterprise and if you're lucky, you might get Isaac to assist you. He's a true asset to the company!

If I could give 0 stars, I 100% would. We reserved a van 2 months ago for our vacation. They called us the day before and said sorry we don’t have any vans, we will have to give you a third row SUV. The lady said we would get a Jeep Cherokee but we could also go through the lot and see if there was anything else we wanted. Okay, thanks for letting us know. This morning we show up and they try to give us a Santa Fe which is NOT a third row! This is all they had to offer, no vans or third row. Finally, before we went to leave someone wanted to switch their van to a Durango so we ended up with a van thankfully. But this service is absolutely insane! Like how do we reserve 2 months in advance and you still don’t have what we need? If there was anywhere else to rent in Lima, we definitely would be!

Reservation was for 9 am. Had to wait until 10 am to get the vehicle. Reserved a small truck and was told they couldn’t provide that vehicle so I was told I was going to get a full sized sedan. After waiting an hour I was given a small SUV with no explanation as to why. The employee that helped me was unfriendly and he spent over 25 minutes in the bathroom (I was sitting where I could see him go in and come out). Finally one of the other employees noticed I had been waiting while other customers were getting their rentals and went to check on my rental’s status. I choose to use enterprise and this was a miserable experience.
