I feel they can do better about communication s with the customer. I made two trips up there with the first time no car. They told me to come back 30 minutes before they closed. So I called before I went back. Also I have problems being in the sun too long. There were a man behind the desk in the air conditioning. He told me to go back outside in the sun. The tent was not raised until I begin to leave. We are paying for your company to have central air! Limit how many can go inside. Treat the elderly with care and concern. Have a fan outside too. I am just suggesting better customer service. Organization is the key!

As Expected . . . . Fast and Convenient Locations. My reservation went smooth and I rented a nice looking suv from the Ensley, Alabama Enterprise Branch. I was able to travel to Anderson, South Carolina Enterprise Branch which was located two miles away from my semi-tractor truck.

The customer service was friendly and helpful after my wreck. When I told them that I needed a vehicle large enough for a toddler they put me in a very spacious vehicle. My experience was great and I highly recommend them.

I have rented from the Enterprise Anderson location for business many times over the past several years, and can truly say that the staff and managers go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Most of the staff has been the same throughout those years, which speaks volumes about the branch. They have made me into a loyal customer, and I wouldn’t rent from anywhere else in Anderson!

I would give this no rating if I could. Worst customer experience ever. I have always rented from them and because I changed apts in the same complex and haven't gotten 2 update my license they wouldn't rent to me. Honesty doesn't pay sometimes. I guess i should have just lied 2 them
