This particular branch has the best customer service I have ever encountered at any business. Matt is the man!!! Seriously one of the nicest dudes around. Wouldn't be surprised if next time I rent he has been promoted... the guy definitely deserves it!

They staff from Anaheim-office off stole thousands of dollars and worth of personal property when it was in my rental this guy is the one strait lied to me and tryed to tell me i didnt know where i put my things come on very shady beware this is bad for business i called corporate they have yet to get back to me after 2 different calls but then Danielle from the santa anna office has given fake numbers to people in order to try and hide the poor management on there part

I’m not the type of person that writes reviews unless the particular business is really bad. If I had a option I will not even give this place a one star. Rude and unprofessional management, feels like he has the right to call and be to be rude to the customers. To top it off charge my account four months after my rental. What kind of business is this!! Who ever decides to go here be careful and don’t be surprised with the service. Definitely won’t be returning to this enterprise. By far the WORST!!

Super nice employees with exceptional service. Great car too!! I’m local (car drama) and they really helped me out. I’ll definitely use them again if I have any more car troubles or if family is in town and I can’t pack them in my fiat lol.
