I recently rented a 2023 Ford Expedition from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and overall, my experience was very positive. The Ford Expedition was incredibly comfortable, making our travels smooth and enjoyable. The customer service at Enterprise was cooperative, friendly, and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. There was a slight delay during the pick-up process, but this issue was quickly resolved by the attentive staff. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall experience was up to my expectations, and I would gladly rent from Enterprise again.

Bad costumer service we rent our car with 4 days in advance and when we pick our rental was not there, my wife talk with somebody a day before and they said our rental will be ready? The day we have to pick our rental they said about a car recall and that is why our rental was not there? why if they have a car recall they don't call us on time and let us know? well we move to different location to look for another rental and I choose to call enterprises again and they said when they have the Ragbrai they give priority to them and not my rental? so they like big bundle packages maybe? so i was drop off so was not car recall? we rent in Enterprise Ames, Iowa location for the last 5 years plus and that never happen, look like then people work there before was better?

It started out as a good rental, the car was clean and functioned well. The customer service was pretty terrible from the start though, unorganized and unfriendly. I called several times during my rental and nobody ever picked up the phone and the voicemail box was full. After I return the car they called me a day later and said they found hail damage which I'm pretty sure was already there before I rented. Then they didn't honor the insurance policy that they sold me for damages so now I'm paying out-of-pocket for that repair work. I will not be returning to this company and I will now be encouraging others to not use them as well. Terrible experience.

This place was great. Got me in and out really fast both picking up and dropping off the car. Lane was extremely friendly and accommodating! He made it a very easy process. Thanks again, guys!

Being the first time I have ever rented a car before, I had a very good experience working with Lane. He was kind and friendly when he picked me up from Wilson Toyota where my personal vehicle was having work done. I told Lane I had no idea of what I needed to do and he assured me that it was okay and that he would take care of me. He provided me with the type of vehicle I am used to driving and was quick and efficient in doing so. Thank you Lane and Enterprise for your professionalism and personal approach to business. It was a good experience and I trust you to be my rental car place to go with in the future.
