I like enterprise for many reasons. First, once you're in the system, rental is quick and hassle free. I had a reservation for 5pm (closing time even) and was on my way by 5:05. Second, they do a walk around before you leave with the vehicle. I don't know about you, but I feel much better knowing what was already there and what may have happened while I'm responsible. And when dropping off the vehicle during business hours, it's nice to have confirmation that it was in the same condition it left in. No having to wonder if your deposit is coming back or not. Third, they have an after hours key drop for returned vehicles and an easy to maneuver parking space ready to go. Fourth, they will pick you up and drop you off, which makes sense because obviously you don't have transportation! Now, what I am less than a fan of: communication. I like that customer service reaches out via text. I would much rather text than talk any day. But when they take a day to respond, I have to wonder why? So the first day it was discussed that I may need the car for 2 days. On the 2nd day I requested a 2 day extension via text customer service and it was granted on day 3. Somewhere in there I got a voice mail from I would assume a different customer service department wondering why they hadn't heard from me and where is their car, of course much more tactfully worded. It was after hours when I returned the vehicle days ago and I've not heard a word, even though I sent a message asking if I owe a balance, which I believe I do. Odd. But other than right hands not communicating with left hands (or any hands?) I would recommend enterprise for all the things they do well.

We would rent again. They delivered the car on time, the car was very nice, the communications were mostly good. There was a billing issue that required an extra phone call, but it was all resolved.

Our experience with the Enterpise location was exceptional. Our flight into Walla Walla was delayed on several occasions. Their flexibility and customer service was great. They were also willing to deliver the vehicle and give us a ride after we dropped it off. It is evident they work together as a team.

My Enterprise rental was in Walla Walla, Wa. I was helped by a very very helpful and informative agent, named Gia. A great person, wonderful personality. My rental car was a Mini Cooper:). But larger. She taught me all about it. Ended up being a good replacement, in a time of crisis for me. I appreciated her help in getting me acquainted with the car. She is a great asset to Enterprise! And she will help get you on the road and being good about your rental car with Enterprise! Thank you Gia and Enterprise! Carolyn Biagi
