Terrible experience today.. My experience began yesterday. Transfered to someone else who was unable to help or resolve the issue. I wish i had booked with budget, or Hertz. I felt dehumanized when I picked the car up this am. The guy was just rude and honestly I am pretty this will be our last rental from Enterprise. Look at your ratings.. they are a disgrace.
I called on 6/5/2020 the man who answered the phone was very unhelpful. I had to pry answers out of him. He refused to speak into the phone so I could hardly hear him which made the conversation hard at best. He proceeded to tell me he had no cars available and had no idea when any would come available. - I got off the phone very fustrated!
Awful evil mean people. Stole from me and my elderly dementia father
Awesome!!! My truck died in a new place and they were able to get me to my new job the next morning when they opened.
