Whenever we travel out of town, we generally rent a car because it is more comfortable for long trips than our pickup truck. We rented a mid-sized SUV (Jeep Compass) for 5 days, and had a great experience at the Aiken location. Landon was very nice and answered all of our questions to make sure we were familiar with the car we received. The car was in great condition when we went to pick it up....clean and ready to go. Our only request (which is probably a little strange) is that we preferred a white car. I have lupus and have a hard time dealing with extreme heat. Most darker cars seem to get hotter inside after being parked for any amount of time, so a white car is more comfortable for me. They were able to honor this request, which was great! Rates were very reasonable, and we will definitely use them again whenever we need another rental car.

My experience at Enterprise has not been its best. Working for a huge company at Shaw and providing a lot of business for Enterprise, you would think the service would be great but it has not for the past few months. We have had lots of issues with drop off and pick up and also with billing. Not only that, we have had issues with management returning phone calls and answering calls as well. I just think the service could be better.

1) the are suspicious of everyone. Treating them like they are going to steal a vehicle. 2) will not take a debt card if you have out of state license 3) told they have a no pet policy when enterprise does!4) make me vacuum out my rental car for light dog hair, horse hair 5) what ever chemical or air pre deodorizer they use it’s horrible. Good luck everyone - not ever had this bad of a rental experience. I took pictures of the inside of the car I returned.

My rental was due to scheduled service by my insurance company. Enterprise's staff was knowledgeable and efficient. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. I was able to leave the vehicle at the auto shop for pickup without the hassle of having to get a ride to drop it or me off. My experience was top notch, and my deposit was even returned quickly.

For starters, Unexpectedly I received a new 2025 Toyota Camary which was cool. Service's was fast, no hassle, very friendly and helpful.
