Awesome ppl , I must say .. it was confusing my situation but everyone work with me and made sure I had transportation. Which u saved my life. I was able to get back and forth to my chemo, after my car was hit and being repaired. Thank u so much and may GOD BLESS YOU ALL ?

I picked the car up in Birmingham, AL. It was filthy. There were crumbs all over the carpet and driver’s seat and greasy fingerprints were also everywhere. I actually borrowed a vacuum from Atlantic Aviation and vacuumed it myself and wiped down the interior with disinfectant wipes, as my pickup was at an FBO and not the rental counter. Since they were to lazy to bother with the crumbs and fingerprints, it’s quite apparent nothing was done to disinfect as a COVID precaution. This is the second filthy car I’ve picked up at this location in two months. I normally like Enterprise just fine, but this location is awful.

Booked a "Premium SUV" which was described as Chevrolet Suburban or similar at the Oak St. location in Athens, GA. I called the week before to confirm I would get the size SUV of a Suburban, i.e. extended cab SUV. They said they would put it as a preference. Called the day before pick up to confirm, they said to call later that afternoon, called later that afternoon and they mentioned they had a Cadillac SUV same size as a Suburban. Told them I would like that one. As it turned out when I went to pick up it was standard size Escalade, same as a Tahoe. A very nice vehicle, but I paid extra purely for the SIZE of a Suburban as advertised at booking. Nothing was done about it and we made concessions on our (the customer's) end to some plans we had as we did not get the size vehicle we thought we booked. Again, the car worked fine and was a very nice vehicle, but disappointed that the type of vehicle I paid for wasn't available. Had I known they could not provide that I would have saved almost $200 and booked the Large SUV (Tahoe or Similar) as that is what I ended up getting.

With this location, I am treated like a queen with great service and having the employers find what I need as much as possible even on last minute terms. They really accommodate towards your needs and that is important to me.
