The worst rental car company by far, and I only used them because that’s who my insurance direct bills through. There is a reason their Better Business Bureau is an F rating. Both the parent company AND this location have F ratings. They did call 2 days in advance to set an appointment, but I did not know the exact time of my vehicle drop off and said it would be the afternoon either way because I couldn’t get off work before 1 PM. The person who called said that’s no problem, just call when they start my appointment and they’ll come get me. My appointment ended up being 2 PM. The person who called set the appointment for 10 AM as it turns out, tried to call me before 1 PM when I said I was not available, cancelled my reservation, told the body shop they didn’t have any cars, left me at the body shop for over an hour after my pickup time and only picked me up after I waited on hold for almost an hour to talk to someone. The guy on the phone said he didn’t need to hear the backstory because it doesn’t matter anyway, and that it’s not his problem and I should be grateful he came off of lunch to answer my call. When I expressed how it was a big inconvenience for them to leave me like this and make the appointment for the wrong time, the blond guy who rented to me says well if I’m going to complain about it, he doesn’t have an obligation to rent to me if he doesn’t feel like it. He also turned to a full lobby behind me, gestured to me while looking at the other waiting customers and said, “do you see what I’ve had to deal with today?” When the rental was finalized, I asked for the card for the store manager and they refused to give me that. They gave me the card for some assistant. I tried resolving through their website, they don’t have a feedback form. I tried calling their company, I got a foreign contractor who just said sorry and that I can just resolve it through the location. Just avoid this place if you can.

Update: In early June, we required another rental car to drive to the Midwest and back in six days. Again, we went to Enterprise at the N. Nevada location in Colorado Springs and again we had the same top-rate customer experience. Worked with Izzy (spelling may not be correct) and Ryan. Professional, friendly, fast and personable. Rented a smaller Toyota Corolla (the Silver Bullet) and had gas mileage of 40 to 60 mpg!! I won’t do business with any other rental-car company in town. Highly recommended!! ________________________________________ Ryan W at the North Nevada location made our day. Well-trained, interested, and pleasant. Clone him and put them at all your locations. The white Toyota Camry, who we named White Lightning aka The Lightning Bug, was spotless and ran so well! Sipped gasoline. Amazing mileage. Both pick up and turn in were so fast. Thank you for a 100% positive customer experience. So very rare these days.

I did not have a good experience. I did not enjoy the attitudes of some of the staff, others were very nice and friendly. I was initially overcharged for the services and refunded at time of drop off. Do NOT get the insurance if you can’t make it in during their business hours to take it off, they must lay eyes on the vehicle in order to remove the add on. I only wanted it removed because my regular car insurance does cover rentals, and I didn’t need my rental to be double insured. WHICH I may add, their damages department is now pursuing me for a claim that did not happen under my rental. My rental had prior damage on it, and I was told about it by their sales rep day of pick up, and was told it would not come back on me, and now it has. 1/5 stars, I was only renting because my car got hit and was in the shop for repairs. And I really really wish I had gone somewhere else to not have to deal with all this drama.

Always friendly and attentive. We’ve gotten a rental through insurance a couple of times now and the cars are pretty damn nice and well taken care of. Very good at clear communication as well.

Have used them serval times but this last experience was a big Hassel an they tend to charge you extra if you missed a day. My car was recently totaled an insurance company should pay for everything. I ended up having to pay the first day which was like 70 something dollars I never got back. Then at the end I work constantly an was not able to return the car for threeo days. They then are trying to charge me 540.00 for three days. 75 x 3 is that 540.00? Will take my business to hertz or anywhere but here.
