Came there to rent a car after my wreck. Absolutely horrible service. I had an AM car reserved they then told me there weren’t any available but would call me if some arrived. Fast forward to 4pm I call up there and they tell me that they’ve been waiting for me to pickup my car. Then I get there and they refuse to accept my insurance card even tho my insurance setup the reservation. They asked for documents laying out my coverage and still wouldn’t accept them when I pulled them up. They made me call my insurance and sit on hold for almost 30 minutes until an agent could tell them the same information I had given them from the start. Absolutely THE WORST. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

One of the worst experiences in my life. Broke down and cried over this and they didn’t do anything about it. Called customer service to resolve the issue and of course nobody called back. The car they had rented to us broke down not even an hour or two using the vehicle and when we had received it, it was not cleaned at all. The dashboard was lit up like a Christmas light with flash warnings. No windshield wiper fluids, low this and warning that. But they had said before they gave us the keys that everything was good. Not long after the gear shifter stopped working and we got worried. Went back and a line of people before we got seen. They told us to take it to the shop next door and they said it’s a transmission issue and they don’t do that and even asked why they sent us over there. By the time they told us the car won’t run they were already closing up and when we asked to get us into another rental since we already paid they said they can’t that they don’t have anything else available. They told us to drop the car off but had no way of getting back home and mind you we had an infant, toddler, and 2 other kids along with my mother who’s over 50. My husband had to yell to just drop him and the kids off and my mother and I had to walk 30-40 minutes away. Tried calling customer service and nothing happened. Go to Hertz instead. It took less than 30 minutes to get you into a vehicle and guess what; it runs.

Employees were real nice. I realize every business has its policies and rules to protect a lost. I know businesses have had bad experiences and I hate that. Some of their policies does affect honesty hard working people who don't have in their possession a Master Card or an American Express. This us needed if you want to add an additional driver if it's not your spouse. Have had business with them before. Didn't know this rule was part of renting. And I admit I didn't ask anything different since I never used an additional driver. Once I got a confirmation number for review I thought everything was okay. Now that I learned the hard way about the various guidelines I want have to miss renting a car when I necessity need it. Like I say my husband and I have used this business on several occasions. Really enjoyed it. Just not having the right card leave you out. Just Having a Debit card is not enough no matter what the amount in your bank reads. Like I say wonderful employees. They didn't make the policies.

Reservation was made a month in advance, and they called THIRTY minutes before pickup time to tell us they did not have a car for us. They should have contacted at least a couple of days before so other reservations and plans could be made. Did not even try to rectify the situation, and offer to check the other location or offer a different vehicle. Called and asked if they had any available cars for rent from another number and they said “yes.” How do you have cars in possession to rent but cancel on another customer? Ridiculous.

I made an appt for 330 didn't get it till 430 but the young man named TREVOR was very respectful !and that's why I'll come back to enterprise It's nice to have people go out they're way to help us and listen to us it was totally worth the wait .looking forward to getting next rental next week Hopefully he'll be there still BUT AS OF NOW I CALLED TO VERIFY MY RESERVATION AND WAS TOLD I have to rent from another location so I went to enterprise on sterx Rd instead TREVOR SHOULD TOTALLY SWITCH TO THIS ONE
