Great appreciation for transparency working with Coco to pick up a rental. She walked me through everything and made sure I was able to get in and out within minutes. Extremely grateful for Brent being understanding of Texas traffic and helping me return the rental. I didn’t expect for multiple hiccups during my return date but, Brent made sure to be emphatic, patient, and helped make the return as simple as if it were returning a library book. Thank you to this these two for putting the customer first.

There's always an hour wait here. I rent cars for work trips, so not too picky about the make and model. Other customers here were complaining that they didn't get the car they reserved, however. Front desk staff are nice.

I wish I could give a 0 rating. I recently had an appalling experience with Enterprise Rental Car area manger in Addison, and I cannot stress enough why nobody should ever consider renting from them. Despite hearing horror stories about their abysmal customer service, my encounter with the area manager, Dak Brewer, solidified my decision to never support this company again. Mr. Brewer's behavior was beyond rude and unprofessional. He contacted me as an emergency contact to reach a relative, completely oblivious to the fact that my family member was dealing with a serious situation. Instead of showing empathy or concern, he resorted to aggressive threats, which I found utterly disgusting. Having been a previous Enterprise customer, I was shocked and appalled by the lack of care and compassion exhibited by their leadership. It's evident that they prioritize their cars over the well-being of their customers, and that's simply unacceptable. As my grandmother used to say, "You can get way more bees with honey than vinegar." Enterprise needs a serious overhaul in their hiring practices and leadership if they ever hope to regain trust from customers.I strongly urge anyone considering renting from Enterprise, especially at the Addison location, to think twice. There are plenty of other rental companies out there that prioritize customer satisfaction and decency over profits. Steer clear of Enterprise until they demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving their service and treating customers with the respect they deserve.

Yeah not very happy with the staff here. They gave me a ton of incorrect information like when my deposit would return and overall it shouldn’t take 5 days to close out a reservation with me calling to have it done. Also love being charged an extra day for the return even though I was slightly late compared to how long I had to wait to receive my reservation, over an hour long.

Set a pickup time for 12pm. Get there a bit before 12 and there's a huge line of people waiting. By 1230 someone comes in and says they can't wait because they have an appointment and the staff jumps them ahead of everyone and gets them a car. Nevermind everyone else that has appointments. I just took a Lyft and left.
