So I just dropped the truck you guys put me in and I wanted to thank the man that rented it to me when I got this truck it was 6pm this rep stayed late made sure I got in a car even when it was more then insurance was giving us at the time but he was honestly so angry that hurtz put me in a non cleaned just returned and it just so happens there was a COVID patient that returned it he said you should not get back in there and tell them they need to pick up there own positive for COVID car them selfs I bet you no employee will come get it for 14 days LOL but definitely let me get you into ANYTHING ELSE for the moment to help you out that to me is showing HUMANITY at its best and personally I think legal should thank this man cuz I withdrew my lawsuit on enterprise from 3 years ago just cuz of this experience so this REP saved enterprise MILLIONS THANK YOU

Love the service here. The staff is accommodating and friendly and know how to take care of their customers. I've rented from them 3 times and they haven't disappointed me. This Enterprise will definitely will be my go to Enterprise.

The service is extremely fast and friendly. Tia was very specific about the rent and the agreement. She made sure I was happy before I took off and she did the paper work super fast. Customer service ?.

OUTSTANDING service! Cooper made sure everything was handled professionally and quickly! He never left me alone throughout the process and guided me step by step. With my young age, listed as the driver, Cooper still went above and beyond as if I was a driver over the recommended age. We shared conversation to make a long process seem so short and interesting. If you’re looking to rent, this is the place to be and Cooper is the man to see! He even offered information on purchasing one of their vehicles after I returned from my trip! I will never go anywhere else to rent! Thanks Cooper and Enterprise family for such a great experience!!
