I recently rented a car from Enterprise and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Norm went above and beyond with his caring kindness and excellent customer service. He made the entire transition easy and was incredibly friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. The gas buddy program was a great addition and made the whole process even smoother. Returning the car was a breeze thanks to Elian's friendly service. I am already looking forward to renting from Enterprise again in the near future. Highly recommend!

Once again Enterprise impress us again. Unlike other rental car companies, when you reserve online there is always a car waiting for you. Efficient and knowledgable staff at check in, minimal paperwork, and a nice little upgrade. We were on our way soon after landing. The only rental car company we will use. Highly recommended!

My van needed a tow so I needed a rental. They initially told me they had something for me. I gave them my credit card information and thought I was good. An hour later they called me back and said they didn't have a rental for me. How did I get stuck in a Seinfeld episode? Also note that unlike in their commercials, they will not pick you up. At least they said they couldn't pick me up.

We arrived in Atlantic City at 10:15pm. Enterprise was very fast and efficient. We were traveling with a small child, and they made our experience very enjoyable. I’d rate 10/10. Thank you!

Arrived to pick up SUV as reserved. Clerk tried to downgrade me to a car. Line was long and they put a $400 hold on my card which is substantially more than any other rental company. In addition it was very expensive compared to other rental cars. Will not be using them again.
