Ian and Mary Kay at the front were fantastic! quick and pleasant service, very helpful and accommodating. both cars we rented (SUV and a luxury sedan) were in an amazing condition, the interior smelled nice and was exceptionally clean. made our trip so comfortable.
Be incredibly careful with your rentals here. We booked a rental and got confirmed at 11am, and by the time we got to this place at 2:40pm they informed us they had “sold out” and “called”. They didn’t offer any assistance or anything. Told us tough luck and to try else where.
I read some bad reviews and was worried about my rental. I ended up having a nice smooth rental, employee was really friendly and helpful. Car lot of rentals was full and he had 5 or 6 in my category to choose from! Return was nice and smooth as well.
We didn't realize when booking that it would take us longer to get keys from them than the flight itself. Rent your car from somewhere else unless you are cool waiting in line for more than 1h.
