After picking up and then returning our rental over a 10 day period of time, I've come to the conclusion that this is a poorly managed location. Each time I was there, only one employee was working. It took two trips to pick up the rental and over an hour each trip. The individuals working each time I was there were pleasant and hard working, but with no other help, customers stacked up and had long wait times. I had no issues with our rental, but this location is in desperate need of Enterprise leadership attention. Several customers voiced their displeasure because they also had lengthy wait times. I've always had good service with Enterprise, but this was a bad experience so I will not go back to this location.

A disappointing experience with another car rental company on W Waco Drive left me having to find an alternative which in this case wound up being Enterprise. I needed a rental following a car accident and what an absolutely wonderful experience I had courtesy of this company. Clint was fantastic. The standard of customer service I received was excellent. Clint also had an excellent rapport with his fellow staff members and he made the entire rental process seamless and straightforward. I would highly recommend Enterprise to anybody in need of a rental and would certainly use the company again should the need arise.

I’d been involved in an accident and this location is where I was sent to pick up the car. I dealt with nearly everyone who worked there back in February and everyone was so nice and ready to help. There was a fairly large event happening in town, so cars were sparse. As soon as one became available, they called me and had it ready for me. Through no fault of theirs, I hated the Volkswagen Passat I was given. It just was no fun at all to drive and I found it to be intuitive for controls. It had a heavy smell of disinfectant, too. (Think hotel room smell to the point of giving you a headache.) I asked about swapping it out and although they did not have another vehicle available, they managed to locate one for me over at the Waco airport. They made a few calls and they had me on my way. I felt like a valued customer despite being a car insurance (underpaying) customer. I really appreciate all they did for my family and me!

I had an accident and had to get a rental while my car was being repaired. Matt at Enterprise on Waco Dr was amazing! He took his time to explain everything and made me feel really comfortable with the rental process. Would highly recommend this location!

Scheduled an appointment to pick up a car, arrived to aforementioned appointment just to find out they had no cars available. They said they did have one, but they were waiting on a glass company to come repair the windshield so we could wait if we wanted to get that one. It would be at least two hours, and if we left the parking lot they couldn’t hold it for us if someone else came needing it before we made it back later that day.
