Called this location and 2 others in Waco because I needed a rental car after a wreck. State Farm said they couldn’t get a hold of them so I had to call… turns out I would spend collectively hours on the phone. Just for the system to auto disconnect me after 12-30 each time! I called over and over! The only ways I eventually got through was calling corporate and they were able to manually add a car to be reserved and I went to the location on Waco drive and waited in line for 30 min. Thankfully I got a vehicle, but it was 8 days after the accident.

This place is the worse. I had made a reservation 5 days before pick up. My flight got delayed 4 times. I did my job and called each time to enterprise CS make sure they knew what the delayed situation was. CS said not to worry my reservation is good for 24hrs. So I arrived at waco from 1pm now at 930pm. Counter is closed they closed at 630pm. Ok I called again they say to pick up next day before 630 pm. I Uber to work since am here on work. Get here at 5pm. To find out they don't have a vehicle for me. They have my reservation but no vehicle. The counter Guy says, oh no one let me know you still needed your vehicle. Like he gave it away. Who gave this employee the right to cancel my reservation and give my car away? He did not offer to help in any way. CS said they can only escalate my situation oh and wait for their call. I am currently ubering to another location where they confirmed they will have a vehicle for me. Rent from somewhere else. I only use this company because of my work but they are the worst.

Scott is always professional and is eager to make sure the car rental process goes smoothly. He saved the day for me when I arrived in Waco this week and unexpectedly needed a car. Very appreciative of his efforts!

This location has been spectacular for us. My sister came to visit and got a flat tire on her way from the airport with her toddler son. She made it to Waco from DFW and realized it. This location swapped the car right out for her, no questions asked. No charge on the tire, helped move the child seat, and had us out the door in a matter of minutes. Second time I came here, I had a Volkswagen Passat that I was given due to being in an accident. It had a number of issues and, honestly, I plain just did not like the car. Again, with no hassle, the same guy (I’ve forgotten his name, but he seems to be the only one who works at this location) had me out and on my way in a nearly new, 2022 Ford Mustang convertible with only 8000 miles on it. It was freshly washed and smelled great. He even gave me two keys and cut the tag and wire off so we could easily put the keys on our key rings. I can’t recommend this location enough! So friendly, professional, and on top of it!

Dirty cars on empty is what you will find here… lazy lack of concern for customers. Worst experience we’ve had at an enterprise really tarnished the name.
