We had an issue with a rental car. We came here to switch vehicles. They made the transition easy and painless. They patiently waited while we switched everything over to a new vehicle, with more space (which we needed). I didn't catch the guys name but I would definitely feel comfortable coming back. They are open late which really saved us. They answered all of our questions, were calm, and really helped us get a move on and back on the road quickly! Thanks again!

All I want to say is thank you all for the great experience. This place is above others on Customer service and total experience. Joshua made the return so fast, and the whole trips was great, without issues. I recommend getting your car rental through Enterprise.

I was unable to find a car to rent in San Angelo (to drive to the Houston airport so I can fly home) but was able to locate an available vehicle at this location in Abilene. I reserved it over the phone right away and checked in for the vehicle online paying for the rental. This morning my family drove me the 90 miles from San Angelo to Abilene to pick up the rental. Upon arriving, Lupe (who claimed to be the branch manager), said I’d need to pass a “risk assessment” as I’m not a USA driver. I cannot find where this mentioned anywhere in the rental agreement or online. In fact I have an account with Enterprise and have never seen anything like this. After photographing my Driver’s License and Passport he sent them to his “Risk Manager”. After waiting 20 minutes they said they wouldn’t rent me the car I reserved and paid for as they didn’t like my Driver’s License. The same Driver’s License I’ve rented at least a dozen cars with over the years. So that left me stranded in Abilene with no way of getting to my flight in Houston. Lupe was completely unsympathetic to my situation. Said there was no way to appeal the decision or talk to the “Risk Manager”. Truely one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Thankfully this story has a hero. Across the isle, Avis had a car open up. They rented it to me and had me on the road in less than 10 minutes. I will never use Enterprise Car Rental again, and I recommend you do the same.
