this was my first time ever getting a rental car due to my car being in the shop, and it was a quick and easy process thanks to Joanna! she explained everything to me, was friendly and i was in and out.
My eldest brother was a regional manager for Enterprise in California. I watched him climb the corporate ladder and became familiar with Enterprise culture and values. Because of that, I probably have higher expectations when I walk into an Enterprise than your average person. I was running late because of an accident on 22 and Kirsten came through for me. I arrived a few minutes after closing and she waited for me so I could pick up my rental. She was professional, well-dressed, and provided outstanding customer service. That’s what you should expect every time you walk into an Enterprise. You didn’t have to stay late but you did. Thank you!!
This is one of the dustiest enterprises that I’ve been too. They tried to give me a car that was locked on their system due to a recall. Gave me another car that was not cleaned on the outside or inside. The car also had a broken side mirror adjuster. I walked back in and spoke with the manager who said, “that’s okay, I’ll just put it in your file”. Because not having adjusted mirrors isn’t a safety concern or anything. The enterprise on Lehigh street is the place to go.
Worst company ever. They stole my money from the deposit. They told us about a damage which we never caused!!! The car was in horrible conditions since we get it and we told the staff about it and they said they were already know. We took it back 2 days later and they said it was everything fine. We left and 2 hours later they called us and said they would keep the deposit because we crashed the car!!! And they’re sending us emails to pay more than 1 thousand to cover the damage. That’s crazy. We would never rent a car again here.
Although the last time I was here someone stole my sneakers from the trunk but not the laundry soap I left. I was very disappointed in the integrity of some of those employees. However, I tried again this past week of the storm. The power was going in and out. They had no more sedans like I booked online so they upgraded me to an SUV for free. Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for helping out last minute! I will just have to always remember to have all of my belongings before I leave. It's a shame you can't trust all people to do the right thing.
