I have been renting from Enterprise for 20 plus years. The young girl at the desk when we picked up our car was great. She was very helpful. The one thing is was upset about was a tax charge on my package rental. I still cant believe that I was charged over and above the package price. This has never happened to me. I consider it a money grab. Very Very disappointing. I will never rent from Enterprise again. The car was dirty when we picked it up also.

Pick up was easy and because they didn’t have the car I chose, they upgraded me to a nicer SUV. New and in great condition. When returning my car at another location…. the construction going on confused me and I had parked my car in the totally wrong place (not Enterprises fault). The friendly gal at the counter personally and cheerfully drove me, in the car, to the correct drop off point. I was so thankful.

The rental process went very smoothly & the counter employee was very nice & informative. The car was great. It was exactly what I needed & very clean.

The staff there this morning were extremely rude after they misinformed us on what we would be getting. This was after a call in the prior weeks made several times to confirm the many misinformation given followed by a morning of more misinformation and a rude female manager that did not even bother to talk to us to fix the issue. She was so rude she walked away and we were told she had better things to do than to discuss with us the mistake they obviously made. It was like going back and forth with a few unprofessional workers who did not want to take any accountability for an error that cost me my day, my plans and my trip. The inconvenience was great and it was not acknowledged at all nor did anyone try in anyway shape or form to come up with a solution. I’ve never seen anything like this sort of un professionalism

My recent experience with Enterprise Rent a Car was nothing short of exceptional. From booking online to returning the vehicle, everything was seamless. The rental process was swift, the car was spotless, and the staff Estela and Joanna were friendly and helpful.
