I helped a coworker to get a room for 7 days there. They kicked him out on the 3rd day for smoking in a non smoking room. Kept the money for the week + the deposit and debited my card 2 more times to take all $250 in my bank account. Won't give me a copy of my signed agreement. Won't give me the name or # of a general manager. I'd stay anywhere else but there. They are stealing $ & anyone who stays there should be aware they are taking that risk.
This is a terrible motel. Management was rude and would rather blame customers. Rooms were dirty bare minimum to be kept clean. WiFi nonexistent. If your strapped for cash it's ok for a roof over your head. Dust don't expect much.
This place is definitely not a looker BUT you can tell they are in the process of fixing it up. The room we got was amazingly roomy. It had two full beds and still had enough room to be able to fit a queen sized air mattress in there. The room inside looked a lot better than the outside appearance. $50 bucks for a 2 bed for 1 night was a steal in my opinion and we had 6 people with enough room (2 adults, 3 big teen boys, and a 2yr boy toddler). The only downside to the room was that it separated 1 other room from us by 2 deadbolt locking doors and the cigarette smoke. Definitely a good place to lay your head down for the night to get some shut eye before hitting the road again. Its location also made it very accessible to stores and restaurants.
Stayed last night. Terrible service. The rooms didn't have the numbers on the walls, all they had was tape with tiny writings. First we got room 160 and the AC and heater didn't work at all. We got moved to room 162. Heater worked for half the night then we woke up cold as it was just blowing cold air. In both rooms the telephone was dead, so had to dial the front desk through my own cellphone. Also there was an empty wine bottle underneath our bathroom sink. When all this was brought to the attention of the front desk lady at checkout all that was said was : "oh yeah we are in the process of renovating some rooms" To summarize... Don't stay here.
Definitely not worth saving money. It's the cheapest motel in town for a reason. Stayed a week and not once did they check on room. No trash pickup. They lay the towels and sheets outside on ground when they clean rooms. Also, they double charged us and we had to wait 2 days to get money back. Then noticed a separate charge for "holding room fee," we got that back too
