Decent hidden gem of a neighborhood... Too bad the city is phasing out places like this.
Do NOT move in Ellet Park Gardens. I'm a former tenant left on the basis of the office woman and the woman that answers the phone 100% lies. She gives false information, in which any new tenant is overwhelmed with the fees. High priced apartments with no amenities. Ellet Park Gardens apartments owner, AR Building Company out of Pennsylvania was previously on the BBB website with. Every review was 0 star, filled with numerous complaints and now suddenly Ellet Park Gardens is no longer with BBB. Avoid renting at Ellet Park Gardens. Horrible Horrible experience Do NOT move there
I really hope to become resident it seems size they're very nice place and everybody that I've talked to is a very pleasant
Oh man this place was awesome everyone there had at least one tooth so with a population of 400 people that's two full sets of teeth
Quiet community, first house as you pull into the area is really nice, flowers everywhere and a very inviting space.
