Awesome, delicious salsa bar. The chili Verde plate satisfied two with leftovers. Very good quality and quantity. Hubby loved street tacos that were filled with more meat I've ever seen. Well done El Sombrero, and the service was great too!! We will be back on our way through next year too.

Food was good but if felt like it was altered to cater to gringo tastes a little. I was thrilled to have quesabirria. It was very good, though $5/per and no sides made it a pricy since you need 2-3 plus a drink to make a meal. The table salsa was bland and watery but they did have a salsa bar with some much better options. The drink selection was very good due to them acting as a little market too. House Tamarindo was good but a little watered down as was the horchata.

Love this little mexican spot! Went there for the first time today, ladies were so kind very attentive! Food was absolutely phenomenal, reasonably priced, great portions!! Everything I ate was so good and flavorful! Everything tasted fresh, toppings were good! I’ll definitely be going back again!

Food was great, whole family ended up with some form of enchilada, and a full stomach. The fact that it's in an old gas station is kinda cute, and my daughter loved all the hats. Great place for the family to grab a meal after visiting Dinosaur National Monument.

This is my favourite taco place in the United States, hands down. Unbelievable flavours, amazing toppings bar, and the ladies who run it are so nice and always amazing. I eat here every single day whenever I’m in town, and dream about them when I’m not. Please stay open forever!!! Camarron Tacos, my fave!
