I have ordered food here a few times lately and will be doing so again. The place is located in a very busy plaza with crowded parking. But parking is available if you look enough. The restaurant is clean and the staff greets you quickly and takes you order. Usually I get some type of family pack and eat a few meals. I enjoy the chicken as it is cooked perfect and goes so well with the avocado salsa and tortillas. Sides? I get beans and rice, it is simple and basic. I enjoy this place and the value is not bad at all as it is more than one meal.

Great place to get a quick meal. El Pollo Loco chicken seasoning is delicious. They are a consistent restaurant with quality and great service. There is something on the menu for all ages to enjoy.

This particular one in Oxnard was ok for a quick bite to eat , maybe not a good idea to be buying 1hr before they close as guac was a little brown and they didn't have enough of the leg and thigh, other than that it's ok

I only scored low because the area surrounding it wasn't good, and when I went inside, it took a while for someone to help me. A few employees just stared. They didn't even try helping or let me know what to do. When someone finally did let me know they couldn't even take my order because they didn't have access to the register. People have to use the kiosk to order their things. Not everything is on the kiosk, so I couldn't even get what I went there to buy. To pay, there was a credit card machine and a cash taking machine. What ever happen to human interaction. Others came in and did the same as I did. They had no clue and when they tried asking an employee, although they did explain it them, they seemed so bothered to have to help a customer and for something so simple.

Okay, really was craving a double chicken bowl but then I really wondered if there was really double chicken 🤔🤔🤨 & much to my surprise it really NOT I gathered all the chicken they put & it really doesn't have that much chicken in there bummer 😕 I took pictures & Wow such a disappointment 😞. See pictures. I don't agree with the amount but it's what it is....tortillas are bigger than the amount of chicken they serve in this bowl.....booooo...
