This company is a total scam. Bus didn't come for 1 1/2 hours, leaving us waiting in a cold and nasty parking lot at night. We called customer service three times and they always said that the bus is delayed but coming in 20 minutes. But I bet they don't even know where the buses are and are just saying the same thing. Tickets are non refundable on top. I guess that bus just decided not to stop at our station just for two passengers. Never again with that company!

If I can give it a - Start I would. I bought a bus ticket at an agency and I was told that the bus arrives in front of their building. Is where I would be boarding the bus. I arrived an hour early to where I was told to wait for the bus, I waited two hours after the time the bus was to depart. No buss arrived. This bus service made me lose a very important funeral. I called the customer service to find out They don’t have a 24 hrs service to get help. The worst.

The tvs didn't work going or coming the bathroom was not flushing and it smelled the whole way

They need to fix their buses it is 30 degrees inside the bus we are ALL freezing even the drivers. This is not ok someone is going to end up calling a lawyer.
