This establishment is what it is because of it's delightful employees! I visited on Tuesday morning July 23rd and was treated with the utmost friendliness and kindness, and the staff made my experience so much better. My food was great too! The staff really does their best to make the meals they serve the best they can be. Thanks to Omar and the girls! Y'all rock!!!

Waited over 20 minutes for a simple egg, cheese plain bagel. I even used the kiosk to speed through. This operation is horrible especially when it's under the pressure (crowded and busy). Instead of using customer names, use a number. You know how many Mike's, Ken's Rachel's were in line? A lot. This is what I see at numerous eateries at LAX … servers/waiters that don't care, yet they expect their 15-20% tip.

NYBD has the best everything bagel on the Westside. They are always busy but it's worth the short wait.

Cashier: couldn't speak clearly not even when politely asked to repeat a detail. Bagel maker: lightly warmed bagel and then put Turkey straight from the fridge onto the bagel and called it good ... there opposite of a Toasted Bagel Sandwich! Hands down the worst location that I've been to in the nation.

First, I have to say that I love Einstein Bros. Bagels. I can always count on a delicious asaigo bagel toasted with butter. This visit was by far my worst experience at any location. It was early in the morning and all of the food locations seemed to have long lines but I ended up waiting for over 40 minutes to get rung up. For the longest time, there was only one person and no one seemed to be even getting rung up! Once I received my bagel, they had slathered my bagel with so much butter that I used all of my napkins to soak up the extra. If you are at LAX and want a bagel, you might want to make sure the line is moving before committing!
