Terrible service. (1) Left the meat off of both of my breakfast sandwiches. (2) Did not get everything on my order and had to go back and repay for a coffee. (3) Put my sandwich up and rudely kept calling for me while I was trying to say I was coming. And they pulled the sandwiches off in the 15 seconds it took me to go get it. It was a terrible experience all around. I love Einstein bagels. But this place ruined my day, and without the meat and no time to go back, my kids and I will definitely be hungry after this four hour flight!
Extremely unfriendly staff. Obvious miserable bad attitudes, couldnt be bothered to answer one question about you menu. As I waited for my order to be called, I wished I had gone to the Wendy's or Mexican Grill as they were both staffed with super friendly helpful people. Suggestion, maybe make the menus a little larger and less harder to read from a distance and we'll know exactly what we want by the time we get to the counter as to now put your staff out by taking too long when we order.
Bacon, Egg & Cheddar bagels were expensive, as expected in an airport but also very tasty. However, I was overcharged for drinks because the cashier incorrectly rang-up our beverages. They were extremely busy at 7am & I was unable to get a refund.
Ordered an avocado toast & had to return it because there was little to no avocado on the bagel. The manager snatched it out of my hand & told the prepper to make another. Upon completion the prepper threw the new bagel onto the counter in my direction. It's not my fault that the bagel was prepared incorrectly the first time. Horrible customer service. I will never buy anything from here again.
The order printed on the ticket was not what we ordered. I asked one of the counter people if that was a problem. She mumbled something like, “he’ll figure it out then walked away. The person who took our order left immediately after, apparently, it was break time or end of her shift. Miraculously, the next order to be dumped on the pickup table contained what we had ordered. Apparently, whoever “he” was must have figured it out. The bagels were average and the schmear was OK. I wasn’t all that impressed with the place. Another few steps will take you to one of three other restaurants where you might be better served.
