Usually enjoy Einstein’s but this place was terrible. Staff was not only unfriendly but downright rude. You could tell they just didn’t want to be there. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn’t edible. These guys missed the target big time. With plenty of choices at the airport, don’t waste your money here. Giving them a 1 star only because zero stars is not available.

guy making sandwiches sneezed, big time, openly, twice at the food prep table. requested a toasted bagel sandwich. got an untoasted processed turkey sandwich slathered in mayo with tomato ends and a coke for $18.69. quite literally, never again, ‘einstein.’ i will say, the girl at the register was quite nice:) UPDATE: on march 28, 2024, i rolled the dice and ordered the exact same turkey and cheddar on an asiago bagel at the einstein brothers at the miami international airport and it was a perfect 10. the food was perfect and the staff was great, too.

What a rip off! $6.26 and where is the cream cheese!? Barely even a thin layer. You are literally ripping people off! You will be held accountable and your staff also needs an attitude adjustment, no reason to be rude and shout at customers that are traveling and ordering food…. And then you rip them off. Update: 12/13/23 - I AM NOT CHANGING MY REVIEW - Your service is still poor and this issue is STILL not resolved and even when it is the issue still happened and other customers deserve to know.. what a way to set a standard to me as a customer that I will be refunded if I update my review. I'll just file a complaint with the NC Attorney General's Office, as well as CLT airport, and a charge back with AMEX if you don't resolve this by Friday 12/15. I am done being told what i should do when you are the ones that failed, and still continue to fail in your communication.

Y’all. Who writes reviews about airport kiosks?? Apparently I now do! I was so impressed by Kimberly at Einstein Bros Bagels in terminal E of the Charlotte, NC airport. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and she worked well with the guys making the sandwiches. The eatery was well run and clean with friendly servers. That’s actually not easy to find at a busy airport! Kudus! And thank you.

I am always please when I go here. I used to get the bacon egg and cheese croissant. always good, this time I got the breakfast burrito it is not hot at all. Not even close. Just make sure it's at least hot when you order it
