The one star is for the staff being friendly. I ordered the Tasty Turkey sandwich and what I got was basically just an expensive lettuce and bread sandwich. Super disappointed. They also didn’t give me my chips, I didn’t want to go back to get them because it was packed and I had a flight to catch. Very sad sandwich.

Ordered two toasted and buttered bagels, one everything bagel and one cinnamon raisin. The cinnamon raisin has so much butter it was all over the paper pouch it came in and hardly toasted, almost like bathed in butter. The everything bagel was never toasted and had but a small amount of butter.

I'll preface this by saying that very few employees that work at the airport seem to like their job. With that being said, we actually had a good experience. Ordered two bagel sandwiches and they were toasty, warm , and delicious. My caramel machiatto was on point. It got really busy as soon as we finished ordering, but we didn't wait too long. Good start to our morning.

They’re opening hours say 5am daily. It is now 6:30 and about 10 of us waiting for them to open. The staff is all here we can hear them laughing and talking. Bagels are placed in the service area, cashiers are on.. but dosnt look like anyone has plans to open for business.

In line. Told they are closing "for a moment". They need to get the stored together " 30 minutes. They did straighten up the front. Ok, I'll be waiting here on the bench, in front of their view, for you to reopen. "Yes Ma'am " Why am I looking at them start taking orders, never saying anything.
