Honestly 1 star is too much for the product I received. I sent a customized Edible Arrangements box to my mom for Mother’s Day. First, it was supposed to be delivered on a Monday, the website said out for delivery, but nothing was delivered and I was not made aware. I called the next day, and it was delivered later that day. I wasn’t upset about it being a day late, and was happy to have it finally delivered. The product that arrived however, was definitely not worth a fraction of what I paid, nor was it even the correct order. The fruit was warm and the box had clearly been tossed around, because everything was shaken up. I ordered 6 chocolate strawberries, 6 chocolate/almond apples and 2 cheesecakes with a chocolate covered pineapple on top. I received, 2 chocolate strawberries, 2 chocolate/almond apples and two chocolate pineapples without the cheesecake. Thanks for ruining my Mother’s Day gift to my mom. I hope others will be smart and avoid ordering from this company.

The delivery person called 30 min in advance to make sure I was home. She was right on time. The arrangement was very fresh and colorful. Tasted great.👍👍👍

I had a special delivery for my husband who is in FL. It was for the day of our 22nd Anniversary. Wanted to surprise him with the delivery at the hotel right moment he would be there. Hotel never answered but John and his staff made sure delivery was there at the right time 😁. Delivery order was also placed the evening before. I am so thankful for their help with this. Also my husband said the fruit was absolutely delicious!! Thank you. Amazing when a business goes above and beyond for their customers which is not often now in days.

I had a great experience with the delivery driver, her name is CASEY STAB she was AMAZING! so helpful and SWEET! Didn't mind answering all my questions, so patient just a WONDERFUL person all around! I just had to leave a review for her. THANK YOU SO MUCH CASEY!

I order from this location every year for the same mentor's birthday. It's always delivered perfectly and they are so thoughtful about timing etc... Very impressed by the manager, Karen, who is super cheerful and on top of things and has a great team in place too. Will continue to order in future years
