I places the order early in the morning. My order still hasn’t been delivered. I checked the order status at 4:30pm and the order still isn’t out for delivery. I tried calling the store and I can never get in touch with somebody. Terrible service. I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered my mother an arrangement on 5-11-2023 and it was supposed to be delivered on 5-12-2023. It was never delivered. I’ve been trying to contact someone at the store since 5-12-2023. I’ve left voice messages and chat messages and no one has contacted me. I called a manager or someone from corporate on 5-15-2023 and was informed that someone from the store will call me on 5-16-2023. I never received a call. I will never order from edible arrangements again. This has been a horrible experience. I want a refund since I never received my order.

Short Version: IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO DO A PICK UP ORDER ONLY, DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH A SPECIAL/IMPORTANT DELIVERY. Long Version: I order two arrangements, one to be delivered on a Monday, the second to be delivered on the next day (Tuesday). My first order delivered just fine, my second order however is where things blew up. I never received my second order and when calling to ask about why, the staff was completely confused and really did not know (or could not say) why my order wasn't delivered. This call happened at 11:50am on the next day (Wednesday) I asked for them to still deliver my order, although it was a day late and I no longer needed it. 3pm rolls around and still no delivery, I called back, the staff was still confused, so I asked to speak with a manager. Malik picked up the phone and said he personally tried to delivery my order but would need to put me on hold to (in his own words) "investigate" why my order wasn't delivered........ huh but I thought......... NVM. I asked for a refund because I could tell he was getting upset with me because I was frustrated with this locations customer service, I can't remember what he said after that because I was so shocked that Malik hung up on me. I tried calling back and of course nothing, so I called customer service to ensure my order was refunded (which it was). I order a lot from Edible Arrangement and this was my fifth order within the last two weeks, I will not recommend this location, there are other location with better management.

Place sucks,no one answers the phone,no one calls you back about the order,I order fruit for same day delivery and no one call or reach out about the status,do your business elsewhere please,there are other edible arrangements places I ordered from in the pass Arlington location and waldorf numerous times never had a issue,my little girl was supposed to get a nice treat sent to her day care facility and this place didnt care

The edibles were unable to be delivered. The delivery person contacted me and he came back the next day. The person who received the get well basket was beyond happy. She loved the presentation and the fruit was delicious. She wanted to take a photo but the basket was so appealing she couldn't wait. I ordered from the Allentown Rd Store. The employee was very professional and provided excellent customer service so I decided to have smoothie. It was delicious. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements. Instead of a cake this year. I will get a birthday arrangement.
