Absolutely amazed this company is still in business if my experience is similar to others, which with all the other reviews appears to be a case. I depend on them for life-saving medical supplies, but I have had to call 4 times at least this week for my order. Every time they request a different price. Every time i have to explain the whole situation again. Every time they promise a call back in 24-48 hours and this is not the case. They also forgot to submit a claim to my insurance for approx 1200 dollars, which is the difference between me hitting my deductible and not, so I am still not able to use my full insurance benefits because of them.

I see all of the negative reviews and wanted to add another. I wish I had a choice to not use this company. My insurance company requires it. I am looking to change but until that happens I am stuck. I have been using an insulin pump for about thirty years. I have gone from my parents insurance to multiple insurance companies as a young adult and then through different insurance company changes once I landed my career job. In all of those changes I have had to deal with different companies to get my supplies. Edgepark is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They absolutely have a lack of integrity. They seem to make up pricing as they go. I have been quoted four different prices for a deacon g6 sensor. The first price I agreed to and gave a credit card number for the payment. A week later still no sensor they call to tell me that my card was declined for a charge that was $1000 more than what I had agreed to pay. That just started the debacle. It has taken more than three weeks and I still do not have a sensor. My insurance company has spoken to them directly with me on the line with them and they still claim they don’t have all the information they need. They have attempted to charge me a deductible even though she reads the note stating that I do not have a deductible. Last I heard I am waiting on them to review the clinics paperwork only doctor has sent them. Can anyone explain why my insurance company who is paying the majority of the bill agrees that I need the item but we still need the company I am buying it from to review my medical records. When I buy insulin at the pharmacy all they ask for is the prescription if a doctor has prescribed it why do they need to review anything other than payment processing. They are just a warehouse that should hold and transport my purchases. Can’t wait to hear of this companies demise.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. If you have a diabetic child I am begging you to never ever use this company for your supplies. They 100% do not care about you, or your child. In January I contacted Edgepark to get my daughter’s dexcom sensors. After back and fourth with them for some time (awful service) I paid $880 out of pocket with the promise of them being shipped the next business day. Surprise surprise, they were not shipped for several days of fighting and begging and purchasing sensors from a local pharmacy out of pocket. At times they would say they never received my payments then they would magically find them. They finally sent them and I knew I’d never work with them again. In April they issued me a refund of $448 and now in June they are telling me it was a mistake and I owe them $408. They 100% do not care about humans, but read the reviews and it will be clear they specifically do not care about diabetic children. Do not use this company, I am begging you.

Wife had an order placed in April, confirmed a week before, called the day she needed it and they have no record of the order and are now having to start the process over by confirming with her doctor. I’m sorry, but how hard is this process to do consistently? Track orders, manage a database, and ship equipment. All of the reviews on here are negative but we have to use this service because it’s the only one it network… Please do your job, people’s lives and livelihoods depend on these supplies!

I have used Edgepark for probably 10 years now. I had great service for many of those years however over the past serval months it has been nothing but a headache. Everyone I speak to tells me something different every single time. I have run out of supplies because of this. I have spoke to supervisors on many occasions and they are just as clueless. I have asked to speak to someone else and have never received a call back. At this point I am looking into getting my sons items elsewhere. I have never dealt with such ignorance and plain stupidity in my life. This is not a difficult job yet I have yet to speak to someone with a brain. It is just absolutely stunning to me that companies will hire just anyone these days. There is no customer service. There is just someone answering the phones that have no idea what they are doing or saying. I would not recommend this company. There are many medical supply companies to choose from and this should be the last one anyone should choose in my opinion. This company has definitely changed and not for the better. So sad that a once great company can turn into what they are now with such horrible and ignorant employees.
