I called on 12/17 at 11:24 am i asked information about rental without even mentioning any dates, and the lady just said we dont have anything available. Then i asked: what do you mean? U neve have nothing available? She goes like no no through season. Wht type or costumer service is this? Then obviously when i checked online there is availability unless the website is lying.
I had the worst experience at the fort lauderdale Florida location,I booked the car online with collision coverage, when I got to the location to pick up the car, they asked me to pay another money for Liability insurance coverage without I won’t be allowed to pick up the car. Mind you, this wasn’t mentioned online when I reserved the car. CustomerService is Zero; this particular staff was so rude, right from when we walked into the door I o when he handed us the key. What business enterprise staff do not wear name tags? (A shady one)He even suggested that the shuttle was still outside and we were more than welcome to hop back on and go back to the airport. If he had a name tag, I’ll mention his name of right here. Yes we flew in from Dallas. After all this hassle we got a car and the car has tire pressure light on. And oh did I mention you have to return the car with a full gas tank? This is the worst car rental experience I have had. I should have stuck with what I knew. Last time I rented a car , I didn’t have to go through all this and I could return the car with a half filled tank. If I could give this company a zero star, I would.
